Flight Arrangements
Following is information that will assist you in booking your flights to Ecuador and back home.
ARRIVAL: You should plan to arrive in Quito, on 1 July 2005, the day that the workshop begins. A CEDEI staff member will meet the designated group flights (we can also arrange to meet other flights):
- American 967 (departs Miami 4:22 PM, arrives Quito 7:23 PM)
- American 931 (departs Miami 6:50 PM, arrives Quito 9:49 PM)
- Continental 887 (departs Newark 4:30 PM, arrives Quito 11:17 PM)

- Continental 836 (departs Guayaquil 7:45 AM, arrives Newark 3:15 PM)
- American 952 (departs Guayaquil 9:55 AM, arrives Miami 3:11 PM)
Designated group flights for those returning from Quito:
- American 932 (departs Quito 6:52 AM, arrives Miami 11:58 AM)
- Continental 886 (departs Quito 7:45 AM, arrives Newark 4:24 PM)
- American 966 (departs Quito 9:45 AM, arrives Miami 2:53 PM)
Once you purchase your ticket, please e-mail us with the following details:
- Date and time of arrival in Quito
- Departure city and airport
- Airline
- Flight number(s)
- Connecting cities and flights (if applicable)
