Cusco, Lima and Machu Picchu are some of the cities in Peru visited by the students of the Fall semester in the Andes program. A long and fruitful process, full of lectures, visits and activities related to enrich their experience abroad was closed with a flourish.

As part of their visit to Cusco, the students registered visits in places of great interest such as the ruins of Sacsayhuamán, Kenko, Pucapucara, Tambomachay, the Aguanacáncha Center, they observed vicuñas, llamas and alpacas, the Ruins of Pisac, the Sacred Valley of Ollantaytambo, Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu.

In addition, they visited Lima, the Park of Love, Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral of San Francisco and the catacombs. A visit to El Parque de las Fuentes was arranged, they enjoyed a show with lights and water.

After this last visit the Fall Semester in the Andes students returned to the United States with a bigger knowledge about the language and the culture, this experience makes them see the world with a different perspective.

This agenda of activities is structured by the International Programs Department; every detail is prepared to make the students take with them an unforgettable memory.
